Yes, we deliver worldwide.

We do our best to deliver your work as soon as possible. In most cases your work is packaged and en route within one week. In the case of photography, a print may need to be created. We will be in touch with you and the artist to ensure you are kept informed of timelines.

Depending on the size and where your artwork is either coming from or shipping to, we use the best carrier for your particular situation. We generally use Canada Post to deliver smaller pieces to you. When this isn't viable, we use an alternate, trusted delivery service like Canpar or Purolator. For larger artworks we may use a freight company or art handler to deliver your shipment. If you are not home when the work arrives, you will receive a phone call, an email or a notice of delivery. In the case of smaller work via Canada Post, you may have to pick up the work at your local post office. In the case of larger shipments, other arrangements will be made.

Currently we do not accept returns. However, if you are uncertain about the work or would like to see additional images, please email us at as we are more than happy to help with ensuring your happiness with the artworks you purchase.

We suggest framing at least one shot that include the entirety of the artwork. Take additional close-up shots that demonstrate the texture and significant details of the work. When possible, include an image of the work in situ or an image of the work when installed. All images should be clear and high-quality.

For more information, please see our article 'How to Photograph Your Work'.

If the work is framed, it will say in the description or it will be pictured in the work's corresponding images. Typically the artwork is not framed unless the description mentions framing. We rely on the artists to describe the framing they have provided.

We recommend that artists sign their works. Some choose not to but in general you can expect a signature. Often artists choose to sign the back rather than the front. Whatever the case may be, the artists will use their standard method of identifying the work they create.
